Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment

Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, please follow our Return Policy outlined below.


2. Refund Policy

We offer a refund on eligible items as follows:

Eligibility for Refund

  • Items are eligible for a refund if they are unused, unopened, and in the original condition with tags intact.

  • Refunds are applicable only within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for a refund.

  • Sale items or products purchased through special promotions or discounts are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery).


3. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • The item must be returned in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Product name and reason for return

  • Photographs (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or was damaged during delivery, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.


4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or replacement for the defective item.
